Starting gear and braking components installed inside
the existing aperture on a Wadkin ECA tenoning machine.
Because of Daltons experience in the woodworking industry, quotations
can normally be prepared from information given over the telephone although
on site visits can be arranged for more complex applications.
In all cases existing switch gear is replaced with new and where possible braking components and starter gear can be hidden within the body of the machine for a less obtrusive appearance.
Listening
to our customers and passing on their requirements to our suppliers ABB,
has enabled us to help design and test many set ups for various applications,
such as the addition of a DC injection bypass switch to enable start/stop
tracking on large band resaw machines and braking through a frequency changer
on some routing machines.
