We disclaim all liability for consequential damage or loss of production and parts alleged faulty must be returned, carriage paid, for inspection at our works. Inability of a machine to perform tasks other than those for which it was specifically designed do not constitute grounds for return and modifications or changes to specification implemented at purchaser’s request either before or after delivery also invalidate this option.
