Designed to meet the demand for high performance and versatility,
the BCD has an inter-changeable top piece allowing tooling of any bore size
to be used.
Options include sliding table, infeed and outfeed extensions and sash support rails for machining larger components. The powerful 5.5Kw (7.5Kw optional) brake motor fitted as standard, powers a 4 speed spindle (3000, 4500, 6000 and 8000 rpm) which has an LCD digital readout to the rise and fall movement which is powered.
Micro adjustable cast fences with a large cast table provide an excellent work area for shaped or straight mouldings, with interlocks to the spindle and access door, top and side pressures and a hinged top guard highlighting safety.
