FSP 4-Side Planer
The FSP offers straightening, surfacing and thicknessing operations in one easy pass through the machine, saving time and space in comparison to traditional methods. The FSP includes many special features as standard.

planing cutterblock complete with 3mm thick HSS planing cutters to each
head, with edge reference disc to bottom head, pair of knife setting plates.
STANDARD FEATURES

A rigid 2 metre long infeed table provides a sound base for perfect straightening and gives maximum timber support. |

The 1.5Kw continuously rated feed motor provides the power to the full cardan drive system. Each feed roller station has its own reliable maintenance free running at maximum efficiency. |

Infinitely variable feed speeds (5-15m/min) |

The large 80mm diameter out feed bedroller is strategically placed on the centre line of the top driven feed roller for through feeding of individual pieces. |

The top driven feed roller fitted before the first bottom head enables safe and efficient feeding of shorter or smaller sections. This can easily be removed for true straightening of the largest unstable sections. |

Both the near side and top head chipbreakers are of the Wadkin radial type ensuring maximum safety even with larger variations in timber sizes. The radial chip breakers allow the ultimate in control of thin or narrow sections and eliminate uneveness on the end of the timber. |
